the breakfast had limited options and they really need to fix the mold smell in the room. but the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed felt cozy.

the service was all in all courteous. the breakfast meal was free with peanut butter and fruit, as for instance.

Every visit to Toronto we like to stay here. The location is marvellous, it's in North York district near subway station.

The Montecassino Hotel & Suites was a charming surprise! Its elegant decor, and the convenient access to the lobby and rooms was a blessing for my weary knees.

More accessible seating in common areas.

It was a great and terrific hotel in a peaceful area, near metro station and downtown in 1/2 hour and Toronto in over 20 years. The location of this property was great. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sunset Grill, ate there couple of times.

It is a long way from the centre, which you have to reach by underground from DOWNSVIEW PARK Stn. in the middle of an open field about 300 metres from the hotel. The room was very spacious, 505 but with very old and badly cared for furniture, the table is peeling. There is no receptacle for the luggage, so you have to leave it on the floor, despite claiming it they did not have it. As there was only one chair, I asked for the second one and they took us a completely rickety one, where you nailed the springs and with two holes, but I already let it go. The two very slow lifts, sometimes only one works. When you arrive they block the total amount you planned and also 100 dollars extra that you get back when you leave if you have been a good boy and haven't smoked in the room. Breakfast is included although it is not announced in the reservation, but it is very basic. Located in an industrial area, the views are not very attractive and as a business hotel it is acceptable, but for tourists it is very far away and you lose 45 minutes to get to the city. It has free outdoor parking for customers, I saw no place to eat or buy anything in the vicinity.

4th floor Sheppard side to noisy because of racing cars and brakes and buses. Also ventilation on roof of party rooms noisy.

Fairly clean, low cost hotel. Variety of astonishing food for meals. Good service, exceptional executive room with a refrigerator, 2 double beds instead of 1 queen, the bedroom.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The hotel is indeed older, but tiptop clean and the subway to Downtown goes after 5min walking distance ... thus super location, but without shopping and restaurant possibilities in walking distance.

The breakfast was really very economical and not very cosy.

It would have been nice if it were restocked more frequently. Quick access to public transport made it easy to explore Toronto, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Downsview Park and the Holocaust Centre.

Montecassino Hotel & Suites provided a comfortable experience during my recent business trip. The location was excellent, providing easy access to public transport and being a short commute to my office. The room was well-maintained with comfortable beds and effective WiFi, allowing me to work efficiently. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Limited breakfast options and confusing lobby access.

-The person that checked me out on Tuesday was really nice and helpful

-The tv remote was not working -one of the lamps in my room were not working -my hotel room was not cleaned before I entered (I did check in early, but would rather have waited for a clean room- it was disgusting- the bed and washroom were a mess when I entered). I had to call front desk to send up a cleaner, who cleaned the room as I was in it! They did not even switch me to a different room. -One of the cleaners started knocking on my door in the morning when check out was at 12 -I found a cleaner and the person who checked me in discussing something outside of my room door. As I approached my room, the person who checked me in asked for me to come with him so I could give him my information against because he did not get it properly the first time because I was apparently rushing him (even though he took his time, and he took my drivers licence and credit card so he had the time to enter my information in). I told him I do not have the time right now and I can call him instead. He said he will call me, but he didnt.
